Payback time for the Somali pirates?

Many countries are reluctant to donate aid to help the starving people of Somalia, and we can understand why; the country is riddled with corruption. Here’s a solution which is guaranteed to both increase and speed up the aid. The pirates have raked in hundreds of millions in the past few years, so how about they cough up their ill gotten gains and buy the aid from those nations that do not want to volunteer it. A simple solution and one which the Somali government should take up if they want to show the world that they, as a nation, are worth helping.
